Rockower recently returned from the Kurdistan region of Iraq, where American Voices has been conducting cultural diplomacy. Rockower previously served as a Press Officer for the Israeli Foreign Ministry, directing the media and public diplomacy of the Consulate General of Israel to the Southwest. He is a journalist whose articles on public diplomacy have appeared in the Korea Times, Taiwan News, Jakarta Globe, Daily Beast, and Huffington Post. Paul blogs regularly for the USC Center on Public Diplomacy, and is a member of the Public Diplomacy Council.
