Mapping the Narrative Comprehension Network and its Persuasive Effects

This project used advanced brain imaging techniques to identify brain regions that process stories. Of particular interest was whether stories similar to existing cultural narratives were connected to memories of those narratives, and if so whether the resulting narrative validity increased persuasive power.
