The CSC welcomes Prof. Norman Vasu, a Fulbright Visiting Scholar from the S. Rajaratnam School of Internationl Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. At RSIS, he is an Assistant Professor and Deputy Head of the Centre of Excellence for National Security and his research interests are in nationalism, multiculturalism and citizenship.

He will be resident at the CSC through December 2012, where he will be working on a project entitled “Teaching America: Narratives of the Nation and the Foreign in U.S. High School History Textbooks since the End of the Cold War.”
