Iran to hold Judeo-Christian Fascism Awareness Week “The Islamic Republic of Iran will be holding a Judeo-Christian Fascism Awareness Week with what can only be described as half, if not a full, tongue in cheek. The festivities are scheduled to begin on Ann Coulter’s birthday, December 8th.” (Rose Glasses for Jaundiced Eyes, 10/26).

Karen Hughtes Web Chat with New Zealanders. “The live web chat with Karen P. Hughes was held on the State Alumni website on the topic of public diplomacy.” It contains suspiciously long and un-chat-like responses from the Under Secretary. (Scoop World, 10/27).

U.S. Visitors Shown Disney Film on the Wonders of America… “Eventually, the film will be shown ‘in the international arrivals halls of all major U.S. airports as well as in visa-processing offices around the world. Major airlines will also be encouraged to show it on aircraft shortly before landing in the U.S.'” (PR Watch, 10/25).

Palestinian Militants use Google Earth for Targeting. “Palestinian militants are using Google Earth to help plan their attacks on the Israeli military and other targets, the Guardian has learned.

Members of the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, a group aligned with the Fatah political party, say they use the popular internet mapping tool to help determine their targets for rocket strikes. ” (The Guardian, 100/25).
